"Each project delivery and new business development has exposed me to new challenges and greater responsibilities, helping me continuously develop as a consultant and better understand client needs," he said. Working in complex change environments, he added, has pushed him to grow, take ownership of project delivery, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Above all, he points to the guidance he's received at FIRMC as what has allowed him to steer projects—and himself—toward tangible results. ### **The Energy of Getting Things Done** What draws Tijn to project management is the combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, particularly in complex data and transformation environments. He enjoys working with different stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, and finding ways to move everyone toward a shared goal. "Steering an initiative from an idea to a tangible result gives me a lot of energy," he said—a driving force that continues to fuel his motivation in the field. ### **The Habit of Self-Reflection** Beyond his professional toolkit, Tijn credits a personal habit with shaping how he works: regularly taking time to reflect.
