## CHALLENGE

In a multinational bank:

- Regulatory requirements updates (additional or more refined legislation) ask for complex manual analysis activities.
- Required resources for these analysis activities are scarce and requested for multiple change projects.
- Timelines set by the regulator are short to remain compliant for regulatory reporting.

## SOLUTION

Accelerate the manual analysis activities:

- Detailed requirements determination for the AI tool.
- Technical implementation of AI tooling: AI application and SQL storage on Cloud environment (Azure), script programming in Python.
- Usage of local version of the public Large Language Model (OpenAI). Governance, process and future way of working after implementation (human in the loop).
- Training and communication to end users

## IMPACT

- Faster implementation time of regulatory changes: improved compliancy.
- Less critical resources required: reduce time and costs.
