Sep. 2023 - The Foundation
In September 2023, Solid Professionals invested in a new venture: FIRMC, led by Dirk Jan Koekkoek. With a clear focus on finance, risk, and data consulting for financial institutions, we set our first strategic roadmap and closed the year as a team of 3.2024 - The Year We Professionalised
2024 was about turning ambition into a real, scalable firm. We invested in our processes, our people, and our identity, building the foundations for sustainable growth. We closed the year as a team of 8, ready for what was next.2025 - Expanding and Elevating
2025 brought renewed ambition at every level. We kicked off the year with a full strategy session, sharpening our organisation and aligning on priorities. In the summer, we headed to Portugal for a team workation, strengthening relationships and exploring new collaborative opportunities in the region, while reflecting the culture we had built: focused, collaborative, and energised. The year culminated in a landmark moment: the merger with SCP in September, marking our evolution from a growing consultancy to a true scale-up.2026 - Scaling Up
With the foundations firmly in place, 2026 is the year FIRMC hits its stride. We continue to grow our team, deepen relationships with existing clients, and expand our business, building on everything we have created since day one.
